Oz kids International Australia is an Incorporated Association registered in the state of Queensland with a seven member board, we abide by the regulations set out in the Associations Incorporation Act 1984.  We also adhere to all obligations relating to fundraising, charitable institutions legislation and relevant codes of ethics.  

Oz Kids International Zambia holds a certificate of registration from the "Ministry Of Community Development and Social Services".

And is governed by a ten member board consisting of government employees from the Education, health and police departments and project managers from other NGO's, along with the Australian founders. The project manager in Zambia is Kaoma Kashito. 

Financial statements and independent audits are submitted to the  Queensland Office of fair trading, at the end of each financial year.
